The participatory funding level for Pollinate Women’s Weekend (October 12-15) is $450 for all accommodation options. There is a defined number of indoor, glamping and self-tented registrations available on a first come, first serve basis. All indoor and glamping options are shared.

Registration includes all meals, recreational activities, art house, and retreat programming are included in the participatory funding contribution (formerly known as a registration fee).

Monthly Payment plans are available. Select your plan when you register.

We also have a limited number of Shared Resource Scholarships available. You must register for a weekend prior to the allocation of the scholarship. Funds will be issued back to you should a scholarship become available. Please apply for a scholarship here, and we will notify you if / when a scholarship becomes available:

EXTRAS ANYONE?
Sessions with our practitioners are available as add-ons to your base registration fee. Prices vary per practitioner. Spaces are limited. Register for a session via the Guide’s page link below. Registration for practitioner sessions will open one month before each weekend. Sessions will be Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
